Frequently asked questions
- Is the free listing really free?
- Yes. A free listing costs nothing and needs no card. It goes live as soon as it passes our automatic checks (at least one photo, a clear title and description, a price and a working email) and expires after 30 days. You can upgrade any time.
- How do Premium and Marketing takeover bill?
- Both are monthly card subscriptions through Stripe. Premium is $99 a month for 3 months and Marketing takeover is $399 a month for 6 months. The subscription ends by itself at the end of the term, so there is nothing to cancel.
- Where will my listing appear?
- On the country and city pages of RealEstateAbroad, OffPlanProperties, PropertyDevelopments and Golden-Visa, wherever your property's location has a page. Premium and takeover listings are pinned to the top with a Featured badge. Marketing takeover listings also rotate through the homepage and country hero slots and the featured-development slot on all four sites.
- What do you need from me?
- Your contact details, the property's title, description, location, price and up to 6 photos. A link to your project website helps buyers find out more.
- Can I upgrade a free listing later?
- Yes. Every email we send about your free listing has a one-click upgrade link, and the upgrade keeps the same listing.
- How do buyer enquiries reach me?
- Premium and takeover listings carry an Enquire button. A buyer's message is emailed to the address you listed with, and replying goes straight to the buyer.
- Do you promise a number of leads?
- No. We don't promise numbers we can't measure. Premium and takeover give your listing more visibility; the response depends on the property and the market.
- Does a listing say my property qualifies for a golden visa?
- No. We never label a listing as qualifying. Each country page explains that programme's own rules, such as minimum price, location or property type, and buyers check those before they buy. Please describe your property accurately.
